Upper Division Forms

Why are there different upper division forms for different years?

The upper division forms differ from year to year as the faculty continually try to improve upon what our students “take with them” upon graduation. Typically, you should use the form based on the semester you first enrolled at MTSU. However, you can use a later year – such as 2013-2014 – but everything will reference that catalog year (gen. ed., minor, etc.). If you are unsure which catalog year and UD form to use, the faculty suggests the most current form.
